Gosh. This one is a tough one… Having to pare down so many epic scenes down to one! I think I may just have to go with my most current epic scene – (which is why “ever” is in parentheses). I was going to talk about One Punch Man again, but I should really try not to repeat animes. I know I’ve done it before especially with Fairy Tail, but I definitely need more variety. So I’m going to go with this scene from Mob Psycho 100 and what d’ya know, it’s from the same creator as One Punch Man.
Mob Psycho 100 is fairly recent, just having completed in summer 2016. Mob Psycho has a very distinct style that I found changed over the course of it’s airing. It’s really crude in episode 1 but to me I thought I saw a subtle change in the linework over time. I thought that was pretty cool in terms of evolution. But anyways, I digress. Mob Psycho is about Kageyama Shigeo aka “Mob” a middle schooler with immense psychic abilities. He’s incredibly naive as he’s taken advantage by his mentor Reigen Arataka, a phony psychic. Although he represents the worst; Reigen actually does mentor Kageyama quite a lot in terms of life and how to become a responsible adult. Reigen actually has some pretty poigniant pieces of advice for Mob throughout the series; and the following scene is a prime example of that.

The scene I think is the most epic comes from the very last episode and the very last fight. We see Reigen coming to Mob’s side; and whilst trying to escape under the attack of the members of “Claw” he comes to the conclusion that he must use his ESP powers to protect everyone; much to Reigen’s teachings that he shouldn’t use his ESP. In the midst of telling him this he is attacked by a member of Claw and is supposedly gravely injured after telling Mob that it’s okay to run away. For a second we see Mob’s expression is completely devastated as he thinks Reigen is dead. Upon hearing Reigen say it’s okay to run away; Mob takes that to mean “leave it to master” – in which he had temporarily transferred Reigen 1000% of his powers before he was attacked and is actually completely fine. Reigen then takes down Claw, lecturing them as he goes. The scene is pretty epic, as are most scenes when Mob hits 100%.

ARCHI-ANIME 
Okay, as I still might want to see this series sometime I did not read the entire post 😀 But it looks like a great show (and ofcourse I have to add this one to my list as well LOL). Hmm….most epic scene ever. I had to think about this for a while….but in the end I have to go back to a scene from an anime series that dates way back called Orguss 02. In episode 4, there was an Attack on one of the giant Decimators ( big Robots), in which an army tried to destroy it with a few smaller Decimators. After a huge battle, explosions etc…the dust cleared….and the giant Decimator still survived. It was such an epic scene and one of the most epic Mecha fights I have ever seen (as Darth Vader would say: Impressive, most Impressive 😀)

Interesting – I’ll have to youtube that one! Ah, Mob Psycho to me was surprisingly good. The manga author “One” has done some pretty awesome work I must say. Thanks for commenting! 🙂 and Yay! another to add to the list! The art style is really jarring. I really didnt like the first episode; i almost dropped it because of it. But I’m glad I gave mob a few more episodes before I decided to either keep it or drop it. 🙂

I LOVE this scene!! I thought it was super hilarious and I was so happy that Mob finally felt that stress off his shoulders, what with everything that had happened (and lucky Reigen that the power was transferred Lol!)
i also totally love the beginning, it was the first thing that caught my attention and just the style during fight scenes or those dramatic times, perfect!

a lot of ppl said they liked this about mp100 and same here but also it was kind of irresponsible bc reigen had no powers, he could have legit been hurt >_< he could have made things worse (but luckily he didn't and his words got through to the bad guys tho only bc mob's powers transferred so…yeah lol)

This is true. He could’ve really damaged Mob emotionally and psychologically if he had really died!
