LOL, okay I’ll apologize for such a pun of a title. It’s horrible. I could’ve changed it, but I’ve decided to keep the cheesiness of it. So, Sorry not sorry, I guess? With that being said, this week’s MCM features my top 10 orange-haired men.
10. Robato Hatohara (Robot X Laserbeam)
The newest character to add to my ever-growing obsession with sports anime. Robato hails from the new manga Robot X Laserbeam, a manga about Golf, from the mangaka Tadatoshi Fujimaki, the creator of my beloved Kuroko no Basket. Robato’s nickname is “Robo-Kun” as he is expressionless, straight-faced, and completely honest (very much like Kuroko). His classmates basically see him as a robot due to all of his mannerisms. Also, he’s a megane!! Who doesn’t love meganes! ❤

Good afternoon Ladies and Gents! It’s that time of the week! I’m here with another Man Crush Monday! This week’s feature is a leading Pink Haired Male. I don’t know many characters with Pink Hair that are guys, except one that fits the bill. He hails from the town of Magnolia on the anime Fairy Tail. That’s right! I’m talk about none other than: Natsu Dragneel.
Natsu is a Dragon Slayer, a person that uses Dragon Slayer Magic. Natsu has the magic of fire that was taught to him by a dragon named Igneel, whom he claims is his Father. One day Igneel, and other dragons disappear from the world, and it becomes Natsu’s lifelong mission to find out where his Father has disappeared to. Okay, so Natsu is your typical shounen character; loud, too energetic, and can be borderline annoying. But, he still has a number of admirable traits about him.

Good day everyone! MCM is here to combat your Monday Blues with my top 5 favorite blue haired males.
5. NINO (ACCA: 13 TERRITORY INSPECTION DEPT.)
Nino, as we know, is Jean Otus’ best friend and also behind the scenes been watching over Jean since he was born. He’s also a photographer, so really, how could I not include him in this list.

Ah, the Monday Blues. Probably the worst day of the work week. But feat not! I’m back with Man Crush Monday! What better way to keep away Monday blues than to have some eye-candy for a quick pick-me-up!
This week’s list features my Top 10 Raven Black Haired males! 🙂 Gah, the Top 3 are repeat males for MCM, but I swear I’ll get back to my individual posts, and also why I opted for a top 10 since the top 3 are givens!
HONORABLE MENTION: TUXEDO MASK
I had to include this guy. Forever the First Anime crush, and raven haired man I fawned over. You can read more about him here.
10. “MORI-SENPAI” TAKASHI MORINOZUKA (OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB)
Kicking off the list we have Mori-senpai. The strong silent type; a man of little words. He’s my third favorite host from Music Room 3! I’m just bummed I couldn’t find a better quality screenshots of him! (Totally off topic- I finally got the box set of OHSHC and I plan on reading it soon!!!)

Ah, bad guys, baddies, antagonists, scum of the earth. You can’t help but just love a good bad guy. The worse they are, the more we’re drawn to them, even when they end up dying you can’t help but feel a tiny bit sad they’re gone, but at the same time you’re like yes! They deserved what was coming to them! So here are my Top 5! (To be honest, I wanted to add a FMA character, but *sigh* I wanted to stick to a top 5. I’ll feature an FMA character when I go back to single posts! But! Lists for now!)
5. Zeref, Fairy Tail
The greatest Antagonist of the Fairy Tail world! He becomes the ultimate bad guy by mastering powerful Dark magic and becoming the most evil mage in history by creating various demons that have been active and inactive throughout the years. His journey to becoming a n evil mage happened unintentionally as he had started from a good place. Due to the demon’s he’s created, many dark guilds have used him as inspiration in bringing upon evil in the world.

This week’s recap is a bit sparse due to the small break I had to take for work. The worst of it is over – I believe. So I’m trying to churn out as many scheduled posts as I can!
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
Yeah, last week was sparse. But I refused to give up on the OP/ED feature and MCM.
LAST WEEKS’ INTERESTING READS:
I am behind on everyone’s blogs so I haven’t really been able to pick out too many; but these are the few that stuck out to me last week!
This weeks WCW post is a bit of a throwback to the woman that brough about my WCW posts to begin with. Erza Scarlet is one of top favorite heroines, and her name is byfar my favorite anime character name; so much so that I use it every chance I get when given the option to name my character in a game. I like it because it’s feminine sounding yet also gives off a strong fiery presence.
In my previous post about her found in Day 4: Favorite Female Character Ever of my 30 Day Anime Challenge, I really focused on her backstory and her overall personality. This week I’m going to recap on some of the points that really stuck out to me and will hopefully try to expand on those a bit more.
Erza’s armor is one of the most defining characteristics of who she is. Her signature magic though is a spatial magic in which she can “requip” her armor at an amazing speed. She’s also known to be one of the few mages that can requip during battle; and it’s rumored that she has about 100 different types of armor in her posession. This type of specialization of “requip” magic is often called “The Knight.” Erza is known throughout the entire kingdom of Fiore for this type of magic giving her the nickname “Titania.” Although she may have over a hundred pieces of armor at her disposal, I find her armor to be symbolic through two lenses. One lens is how her Armor represents an emotional state and the second lens looks at Erza’s femininity.

A lot of the anime that I’ve written about in this challenge don’t exactly have the ideal environment. You have a dystopian tokyo (psycho-pass), a western sci-fi wasteland (trigun), a world where mages are bent on killing one another (fate/stay night) and a world where frightening titans threaten your daily life (Attack on Titan). So where does that leave me?
I don’t think I’ve watched an anime where I was like oh my gosh I wish that was real! But I think I’m going to have to go with my staple of this challenge, Fairy Tail. I’m a sucker for fantasy, especially when it involves magic and dragons. I wouldn’t mind living int he city of Magnolia alongside the Fairy Tail Guild, as long as they’re not destroying any parts of the city. As far as the world goes, it would be neat to have some magical powers. I personally would enjoy the abilities that Erza has. Being able to change outfits in the blink of an eye or have objects materialize from your invisible storage. Or maybe even Gray’s Ice Make Magic or Natsu’s flames. However, I’d be afraid of Acnologia flying around threatening to destory everything.
And that’s all I can say about this prompt today! On to the last post! Till tomorrow!
This topic was fairly hard; I thought taking a day off to contemplate would make it easier but it did not. I even perused my “completed list” to find something; but alas I still came up short -seems like a lot of the anime I’ve watched doesn’t really involve a lot of female in the cast; especially if we’re being as percise as saying “supporting”. I was going by how MyAnimeList.net cateogorized them into mains and supports. I wanted to pick another AoT character, but I want to use her for another topic. So I’m reverting back to my staple, Fairy Tail and picking Ultear.
I think Ultear is an underrated character – for a few reasons. Ultear goes through a lot of character development much like Jellal. Actually she’s the person behind the manipulation of Jellal into a dark wizard from the beginning. She holds a lot of bitterness and resentment towards her mother thinking she was abandoned; especially when she learned that her Mother had raised 2 other children as her disciples. She then grew to dislike those two boys because she thought she was unloved by her mother; until she learns the truth of her past through one of said disciples, Gray. Eventually, Ultear will turn a new leaf and joins Jellal’s group Crime Sorciere to fight dark guilds. And ultimately, in the “Grand Magic Games/Ecplise” Arc, Ultear utlimately decides to make the most self-less sacrifice, I think, on the show. The only person that notices this sacrifice is Gray.
Well thats all for today. I’m going to have to keep this short and sweet because…reasons. LOL.(FFXV)
Hmmm…..Hmmm… I think I’m going to have to go back to Fairy Tail and pick Happy for this one.
Happy is a blue
cat , I mean “exceed”, with a white stomach that carries around a green backpack which is often filled with food or other random items. He’s often seen with Natsu and is both his sidekick and BFF. Happy is the epitome of his name. He may be useless in battle, but he’s lovable, loyal, cute and always there to cheer you up with a smile and his catchphrase, “Aye!”
Aside from that Happy has wings! I’d love to have cat I could have casual conversations with and run amok with and he can get me out of a jam by flying us out whenever anything gets to hairy. But don’t call him a “mode of transportation”, that would only offend Natsu. Natsu, like the other dragon slayers, has a severe case of motion sickness. However, he was called out by Lucy when it was apparent that Natsu doesn’t get sick when Happy carries him around much like a mode of transportation. Natsu can’t believe Lucy would acknowledge Happy as a “mode of transportation” because Happy is his dearest friend.
One of my favorite scenes of Happy is when Natsu and the guild hatch Happy from an egg. Natsu thought he was taking care of a dragon’s egg; but much to his surprise was given a cat. This episode also gives more background story to Natsu – which is never a bad thing.
That’s who I would pick for my animal sidekick. Who’s your favorite?
