[KnB Challenge] Day 20 | Favorite Ability

And I’m back with the latest prompt of the [KnB Challenge]!

As we know, all of the Kuroko no Basket players have a special power/ability. Among them all, I’m not quite sure what I would choose honestly. But I think I might have an easy answer for that. I’ll add a few additional ones that are runner up’s.

Perfect Copy

Okay, it’s not just because this is Kise’s ability okay? Seriously, let’s break this down. I’ve also mentioned this in my post about him. Kise finally breaks through and gains the ability “Perfect Copy” in which he is able to copy the Generation of Miracles, which he previously could not – most likely due to this utmost respect for them.

Perfect Copy allows him to copy all their moves and make them own, which makes him a formidable player to say the least. The only downside is that he can only use this ability for about 5 minutes – due to the toll it takes on his body.

But, despite that, I’d still take Perfect Copy just because I’d be unstoppable, and help my team build a strong lead that way.

Runner-up Abilities:

Emperor Eye

Yes, I realize my choice of favorite abilities are a bit biased. Akashi’s emperor eye is a observational ability that allows him to predict his opponents next move.  It’s revealed in the Last Game that Akashi gains complete emperor eye as he picked up how to further read his opponent’s movements by observing and determining the best pattern that could result from the opponent’s movement.

I’d like to be able to predict someone’s next move. That would actually allow me to be efficient and see the bigger picture and act accordingly. This would be a great ability both off an on the court.

Misdirection

Kuroko’s ability for misdirection is pretty awesome. I mean who doesn’t want to be able to do a few tricks via sleight of hand. It comes in handy on court, but I also wonder how it could be used off court. It helps distract and create openings for someone to get out of a sticky situation.

Which abilities would you choose? Let me know in the comments below! 😀
